Marion Hamilton grew up knowing she would be an artist. Surrounded by flowers, color, and creativity in her parents’ floral business, she developed a passion for capturing the beauty of nature and people. Marion learned to express her passion via an art degree from Brigham Young University and years of training under various instructors, including Oliver Parson, and the world renowned master artist, Sergei Bongart.
“I have come to realize that all places under the right circumstances are worthy of the painter’s brush. When shadows are long, when reflected colors from a sunset spread out upon a scene, or when a place is filled with activity, that most ordinary place becomes a magical spot. Through the years I have found many such spots near my home in St. Anthony” |
